1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PlayCricketPK website (playcricketpk.com) and submitting booking requests, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

PlayCricketPK provides an online platform for discovering and booking cricket grounds, indoor nets, and related sports facilities operated by third-party venue partners across Pakistan. We act as a booking intermediary and are not the direct operator of the sports facilities.

3. Booking Requests & Confirmation

3.1 How Bookings Work

• Submitting a booking form constitutes a reservation request, not a confirmed booking
• Our team will contact you within 2 hours (during working hours) to confirm availability
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive verbal or written confirmation from our team

3.2 Payment

• Payment is made directly at the venue on the day of play
• PlayCricketPK does not collect payments online at this time
• Prices displayed on our website are indicative and subject to confirmation

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time: No charge
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time: May incur a 25% cancellation fee payable at the venue
• No-shows (failing to arrive without cancellation): May be charged a fee by the venue partner
• Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability, at no additional charge if requested 24+ hours in advance

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms
• Arrive at the venue on time for your booked session
• Follow the venue's rules and regulations
• Treat venue staff, other players, and facilities with respect
• Ensure all players in your group comply with venue rules and safety requirements
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose

6. Venue Partner Terms

Each venue partner operates independently and has its own rules, regulations, and liability policies. PlayCricketPK is not responsible for the actions, negligence, or policies of venue partners. Your interaction with the venue on the day of play is governed by the venue's own terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayCricketPK and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, accident, or loss occurring at a partner venue
• Venue cancellations or quality failures by partner venues
• Loss of data or service interruptions on our website
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of PlayCricketPK and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party content and accept no responsibility for their policies or practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
